Seafront was founded with the vision of bringing transparency to an often opaque asset class, using a high level of customer service to assist both investors and shareholders to navigate the private stock market.

The Team
Founder & Managing Partner
Garrett Paul founded Seafront Capital in 2014 and manages the family office arm. He has led transactions across more than 50 private companies, including early stakes in DoorDash, Affirm, Color Health, Instacart, Ripple, Reddit, and Robinhood. Prior to Seafront, Garrett worked at SharesPost and Morgan Stanley.
Managing Partner
Andrew leads private stock deal activity and company liquidity services for Seafront, having executed over $1 billion in private stock transactions. He advises Vise and previously helped build the liquidity businesses at Carta. Earlier in his career, Andrew was a Director at MicroVentures — where he sourced deals in Spotify, Palantir, Nutanix, and DocuSign — after six years at UBS International and Morgan Stanley. A four-year collegiate athlete and team captain at Westmont, Andrew brings that same discipline to every transaction.
Business Development Associate
Ashley focuses on identifying new private market opportunities for the firm. Her background spans broadcast and journalism, where she trained at UNLV, and real estate. Originally from Puerto Rico and raised in Las Vegas, Ashley is bilingual in English and Spanish and runs an online floristry business outside of the office.
